# Together with Community

> I'm a dementia education consultant in Albury Wodonga region. I support those living with dementia and their family supporters, and encourage participation in meaningful activities within their local community, to reduce social isolation and improve the well-being and quality of life for those touched by dementia. I conduct information sessions for community groups about brain health, modifiable risk factors for dementia and dementia support options.
